Michelle and her husband Kevin are Lake View natives but have called Marshalltown home since 2003. She has been a licensed insurance agent since 1997 and joined the Shomo-Madsen team in 2005.
She is licensed in Property/Casualty, Life, Health, and Crop and focuses on commercial lines insurance as a customer service representative (CSR). She has expertise in handling schools, municipalities, counties, waterworks, and contractors. She also manages and handles the training for our other commercial CSRs.
In their spare time, Michelle and Kevin enjoy the outdoors, vacations, cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones, and spending time with their family, especially their three grandchildren.
